Żurek: government outwits Nawrocki on judiciary – legally

Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek told "Rzeczpospolita" that the government is "outplaying President Karol Nawrocki, but only through legal means." He stressed that the new National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) was formed in line with the constitution and European standards, despite presidential vetoes. Żurek described this as a key achievement of the current government's judicial reform effort.
