Cichocki: Without Ukraine partnership, Poland will become more dependent on Germany

Political analyst Marek A. Cichocki warns that Poland is pretending to be an equal partner to Germany and France — a role it cannot fill — instead of building its own position as a regional leader in Central Europe. He argues Poland must actively pursue deeper cooperation with Ukraine as part of its natural security and development environment. Failing to do so risks increasing Polish dependence on Germany.
