Crimea in summer: no electricity, water or fuel as residents wash from bottles

Crimea, once a popular tourist destination, is experiencing severe shortages of electricity, water and fuel in the middle of summer. Residents are washing with bottled water and doing laundry in basins. Local authorities in some towns have set up public phone booths and communal yard kitchens.
