Nigerian army rescues 33 people kidnapped by gunmen in Zamfara state

The Nigerian army rescued 33 people who were kidnapped by gunmen in the north-western state of Zamfara on Saturday. The victims were abducted while travelling through the region. The military confirmed that all 33 were safely recovered.
