Farmer ploughs up new asphalt in Gliwice — damage estimated at 400,000 PLN

A farmer ploughed up newly laid asphalt on Rybacka Street in the Ostropa district of Gliwice, causing damage initially estimated at around 400,000 PLN. Police detained the man and the incident was caught on camera. Gliwice mayor Katarzyna Kuczyńska-Budka confirmed the damage estimate.
