Farmer who ploughed up asphalt road in Gliwice faces three months in pre-trial detention
A court ordered the three-month pre-trial detention of a farmer who ploughed up the asphalt surface of Rybacka Street in Ostropa, Gliwice. The man faces charges of destroying property of significant value; the Gliwice City Roads Authority estimated the damage at around 400,000 złoty. The court warned the defendant faces a severe sentence.
