A farmer who ploughed up an asphalt road on Rybacka Street in Gliwice has been remanded in custody after a court approved the prosecution's request for pre-trial detention. The man admitted guilt, claiming the destroyed section of road belonged to him, but was unable to provide any documentation to support that claim.
