Russia-Ukraine overnight strikes kill civilians on both sides

Ukrainian drone strikes killed five people and wounded around 24 in Russia's Belgorod border region. In response, Russian missiles hit a high-rise apartment building in Kharkiv, killing two, and caused further casualties in the Black Sea port of Odesa. Both sides suffered civilian losses in the overnight exchange.
