Typhoon Delfin hits eastern China, over one million evacuated

Typhoon Delfin struck eastern China on Sunday, bringing heavy rain and powerful winds. Authorities evacuated over one million people and cancelled around 1,500 flights at Shanghai airports. Footage of the destruction has been circulating online.
