Polish blacksmith sim incoming and Gothic 2 Remake hinted at THQ Nordic showcase

A Polish studio is developing Sword & Shield Simulator, a medieval blacksmith game drawing comparisons to the Henry storyline in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. At the THQ Nordic showcase, hints were dropped suggesting Gothic 2 Remake is in development, though no official announcement has been made yet. Both pieces of news come from 9 August 2026.
