Houthis claim responsibility for fire at Saudi Aramco refinery

A fire broke out at a Saudi Aramco refinery and was subsequently extinguished; Yemen's Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for the attack. Iran's foreign minister separately denied direct talks with the US are taking place, but acknowledged that messages are being exchanged through intermediaries.
