European intelligence ranking: UK leads, Poland ninth, Ukraine fourth

A group of prominent experts has published a ranking of intelligence capabilities across 21 European countries, placing British services at the top. Ukraine came fourth, recognised for its spectacular military intelligence operations against Russia. Poland ranked ninth, while Latvia — described as a potential new target for the Kremlin — came last.
