PZPN: referee Raczkowski wrong not to show red card in Wisła Kraków match

During the match between Wisła Kraków and Wisła Płock (2:1), referee Paweł Raczkowski showed only a yellow card for a foul that the PZPN Referee Committee later deemed worthy of a red card. The committee ruled that the official made an error in his on-field judgement. The verdict does not change the match result.
