Man who attacked Ukrainian couple in Kraków turned himself in to police
A 39-year-old man who verbally abused a Ukrainian couple in Kraków on Wednesday turned himself in to police and was detained. Officers are investigating the incident as ethnic-hate abuse, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison. The information was confirmed by police spokesperson Sgt. Elżbieta Znachowska-Bytnar.
