Illegal Puppy Farm With Over 300 Dogs Uncovered in Kielce. Owner Arrested

A 35-year-old man from Kielce was keeping over 300 dogs of various breeds in two separate locations in what authorities described as an illegal puppy farm. The Kielce District Court ordered his pre-trial detention. He faces charges of animal cruelty with particular brutality.
