ZUS revalues pension contributions by 9.81% – higher capital means higher future payout

Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has carried out this year's revaluation of pension accounts, boosting recorded contributions by 9.81% and sub-account funds by 10.61%. The change is not a one-off payment — the higher accumulated capital will translate into a larger pension payout in the future. Insured individuals can already check the updated balance on their ZUS account.
