Iran's Hormuz demands largely already agreed by US in June memorandum

Iran on Saturday issued a list of demands for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, framed as new preconditions. However, France 24's Washington correspondent reports that many of the demands were already agreed to by the US in the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signed in June. The main difficulty lies in the broad language used in that earlier agreement.
