BTCPay Server restricts remote Lightning access after node funds stolen

BTCPay Server has restricted remote Lightning Network node access after operators at Foundation and Citadel21 reported their nodes were drained by attackers. The total amount stolen and the number of affected operators are not yet known. The restrictions are intended to prevent further thefts.
