Drone attack on Belgorod wounds 13 as explosions and fires break out

The Russian city of Belgorod was hit by a drone attack overnight, with witnesses reporting dozens of drones circling the city. Explosions triggered fires in several locations, and 13 people were reported injured. Belgorod region Governor Alexander Shuvayev blamed Ukraine for the strike.
