E-scooters easily hacked to 70 km/h — speed limits are largely ignored

Polish law limits electric scooters to 20 km/h, but a simple four-step app tweak can unlock speeds of up to 70 km/h. Teen riders openly admit that almost nobody follows the legal limit. Experts and police warn that illegal scooter tuning is a growing hazard on Polish streets and pavements.
