Iran demands US concessions before reopening Strait of Hormuz

Oman and Iran are holding talks described by the BBC as "promising" regarding securing the shipping route through the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran warns, however, that the key waterway will not be reopened immediately. Iran is making the move conditional on the United States meeting its demands.
