Zelensky warns Ukraine faces winter with no working thermal power plants

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned in Belgrade that Russian strikes have left Ukraine with virtually no working thermal power plants ahead of winter. Thirteen people were killed in the latest attacks over 24 hours, including a three-year-old child. The strikes also targeted frontline communities across the country.
