Gliwice farmer reportedly smashed kerbs and threatened neighbours for years

Residents of the Ostropa district in Gliwice claim that the farmer who ploughed up 200 metres of freshly laid asphalt has been acting with impunity for years. Neighbours allege he previously smashed new kerbs with a hammer and threatened local residents. According to them, local authorities failed to respond to his behaviour for a long time.
