Gliwice farmer waited since morning before ploughing up new road

A farmer in Gliwice destroyed 200 metres of freshly laid asphalt on a road being repaired by the city, claiming part of the road belongs to him. According to daily Fakt, the man had previously tried to obstruct the renovation works and on the day of the incident had been lying in wait since morning. The case has attracted widespread attention.
