Nearly 16,000 teacher vacancies in Poland — ministry says it's routine turnover

As of 29 July, school superintendent databases listed 15,729 job postings and 10,895 vacant positions for teachers at local-government and ministerial schools across Poland. Deputy Education Minister Katarzyna Lubnauer played down concerns, saying the volume of listings reflects routine annual staff turnover ahead of the new school year rather than a staffing crisis.
