Federal judge blocks Trump's move to end TPS for 350,000 Haitians

A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration's decision to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 350,000 Haitians in the United States. The New York Times reported that the judge ruled the Department of Homeland Security had exceeded its authority. Haitians covered by TPS retain their right to live and work legally in the US.
