Spain and Italy impose tit-for-tat border checks in Ceuta migrant row

Spain has announced border controls on Italian travellers in retaliation after Italy imposed similar restrictions on visitors from Spain, amid a diplomatic spat over migrant arrivals at Ceuta. Both countries are blaming each other for the migration crisis at the Spanish-Moroccan border. The escalation is raising tensions within the European Union.
