Farmer ploughs up fresh asphalt in Gliwice — damage estimated at 400,000 PLN

The Road Management Authority in Gliwice has estimated damage at around 400,000 PLN after a farmer deliberately ploughed up newly laid asphalt on Rybacka Street in the Ostropa district. The farmer is due to be questioned on Sunday and could face charges of destroying property of significant value.
