Children aged 10 and over to get veto on surname changes under Polish reform

Poland's Family Law Codification Commission has drafted a reform giving children aged 10 and over the right to veto a parental change of their surname. The proposal also grants parents greater flexibility in creating double-barrelled surnames for their children.
