Farmer ploughs up freshly laid asphalt in Gliwice – damage estimated at 400,000 PLN
A 60-year-old farmer used a plough to destroy freshly laid asphalt on Ulica Rybacca in Gliwice. The city's road management authority (ZDM) estimates the damage at up to 400,000 PLN. Mayor Katarzyna Kuczyńska-Budka confirmed the road belongs to the city, while the farmer claims the investment was illegal.
