Man who verbally attacked Ukrainians in Kraków street handed himself in to police

A 39-year-old man who verbally and abusively attacked two Ukrainian citizens on a street in Kraków has been detained. The man turned himself in at a police station after video of the incident spread online. Police are currently carrying out proceedings against him.
