Russian roller skaters reinstated with full national flag and anthem rights

The World Skate Federation has lifted all restrictions on Russian athletes, allowing them to compete under the national flag and anthem. Federation president Ilya Vdovin confirmed the reinstatement of full participation rights. Russia thus regains another foothold in international sport competition.
