Selling on OLX and Vinted: when do you owe tax on used goods in Poland?

Selling used personal items on OLX or Vinted generally does not trigger a tax obligation in Poland, provided the items were for personal use and sold more than six months after purchase. Tax does apply when sales are conducted as a business activity or when items are sold within six months of being bought. Everyday items such as textbooks are typically exempt.
