Ukraine launches nearly 400 drones at Russian oil refineries

Ukraine launched nearly 400 drones targeting Russia and Crimea, striking oil refineries in the Samara region and Krasnodar Krai. Fires broke out at multiple sites and witnesses filmed large plumes of thick smoke rising from the impact zones. Explosions were heard across affected areas.
