Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan sign mutual defence pact in Mecca

Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan signed a joint defence agreement in Mecca on Friday. Under the pact, an armed attack on any one of the three countries will be treated as an attack on all three. The agreement is aimed at strengthening collective deterrence in the region.
