Over 360,000 Polish children live in extreme poverty; holidays are a distant dream

More than 360,000 children in Poland live in extreme poverty, meaning their basic needs — food and shelter — are not being met, according to Małgorzata Szukała of the Polish Red Cross. Families in such conditions cannot consider holidays. Rising living costs are deepening the problem.
