Trump calls court ruling on White House ballroom a "national disgrace"

Donald Trump called a court ruling halting construction of a ballroom at the White House a threat to national security and a "national disgrace." The court ruled that Congress holds authority over funding for construction work on White House grounds. Trump announced he will appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
