Turkey arrests 104 Islamic State suspects across 30 provinces

Turkish security forces and prosecutors launched a coordinated sweep against Islamic State supporters on Friday, detaining 104 suspects across 30 of Turkey's 81 provinces. The suspects are accused of spreading terrorism online and financing IS cells under the cover of charitable foundations. It is one of the largest such operations in Turkey.
