Von der Leyen welcomes US Russia sanctions bill: "Together we will deprive Russia"

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen welcomed the US Senate's vote to impose sweeping sanctions on Russia, calling it a significant step forward. She praised the initiative championed by the late Senator Lindsey Graham. Von der Leyen stressed that the EU and US will work together to deprive Russia of revenues.
