EU sanctions five more individuals over deadly Russian strikes on Kyiv

The European Union has added five people to its Russia sanctions list following the latest Kremlin strikes on Kyiv, which killed 17 people. The EU stated that Moscow deliberately targeted civilians and civilian infrastructure in the attacks.
