Greta Gerwig's Narnia flops in test screenings — Netflix orders reshoots in London
Test screenings of Narnia: The Magician's Nephew — one of the most expensive productions in Netflix history — have not gone down well with audiences. According to journalist Jeff Sneider, reactions were mixed enough to alarm Netflix executives, who have ordered director Greta Gerwig and the cast and crew back to London for reshoots. The film was being positioned as a rare major theatrical event for Netflix.
