Warsaw bus driver wore a skirt to protest shorts ban — and got fined

A Warsaw city bus driver protested the ban on wearing shorts during a heatwave by putting on a skirt — pointing out that female drivers are permitted to do so. ZTM inspectors rejected the workaround and fined the driver. Temperatures inside bus cabs reportedly reach 30 degrees Celsius.
