Three ex-Orlen managers charged with causing 1.5 billion zloty loss via fictitious contracts
Polish prosecutors have filed charges against three former Orlen managers, accusing them of concluding fictitious oil purchase contracts that caused the company a loss of 1.5 billion zloty. The offence carries a maximum penalty of up to 25 years in prison. The case concerns actions taken by former leadership of Poland's largest fuel company.
