Oracle bans AI-generated code from OpenJDK contributions

Oracle has banned AI-generated code from contributions to OpenJDK, the open-source Java implementation. The move is striking given that CEO Larry Ellison had publicly claimed Oracle no longer writes its own code. The ban applies to all project contributors.
