Three charged over 1.5 billion złoty loss at Orlen in PiS-era case

The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has filed charges against three people over an alleged 1.5 billion złoty loss caused to oil giant Orlen. Government spokesman Adam Szłapka reacted by publishing a post labelling the case a "PiS-era swindle at Orlen" and stating that "no one is above the law".
