Over 80 mm of rain hits Subcarpathia — Rzeszów streets turn into rivers

An intense weather front swept through south-eastern Poland overnight and into Friday, dropping more than 80 mm of rainfall in the Subcarpathian region. Streets in Rzeszów were flooded and resembled rivers, with footage sent to Kontakt24 showing the scale of the downpour. Meteorologists confirm the rainfall was exceptionally heavy.
