EU tariffs on cheap Chinese parcels hit Shein and Temu traffic in Poland

New EU customs duties on low-value parcels from China are starting to reduce traffic on Chinese shopping platforms in Poland, according to Mediapanel research. Services such as Shein and Temu have seen a noticeable drop in Polish user interest since the tariffs came into effect. The EU measures are designed to level the playing field for European retailers competing against cheap Asian imports.
