Violent storm floods Rzeszów: hospitals inundated, 150 fire brigade callouts

A violent storm struck the Podkarpacie region on Friday, causing widespread flooding in Rzeszów. Streets, hospitals and a theatre were inundated, trees were knocked down, and firefighters responded to at least 150 callouts. Power cuts and disruptions to public transport were also reported.
