Jan Christen wins stage 5 of Tour de Pologne, Bremmen keeps yellow jersey

Swiss rider Jan Christen of UAE Team Emirates-XRG won the fifth stage of Tour de Pologne atop Mount Kocierz in the Beskid Mały range. Dutchman Bart Bremmen of Visma-Lease a Bike retained the overall leader's yellow jersey. The stage featured a mountain-top finish.
