Polish government proposes minimum wage of PLN 4,860 gross for 2027

Poland's Ministry of Labour has put forward a minimum wage proposal for 2027 in line with figures previously submitted to the Social Dialogue Council for negotiation. The council failed to reach an agreement, leaving the final decision to the government. The proposed amount follows the rules set out in Poland's minimum wage legislation.
